2-Layer Air cushion Membrane Structure

SUMMARY
2-Layer Air Cushion Membrane Structure Beyond a Limitation of Membrane’s performance With Differentiated Technology.
It is a structural system with excellent heat insulation and sound insulation performance, excellent waterproofing and condensation suppression effects, and high energy efficiency due to natural lighting using two layers of air cushions filled with air.

Stable Structure of Automatic Control Blowing System
It is an air cushion structural system increasing internal air pressure in the upper and lower part inside the membrane and assuring internal stress. It also keeps external loads stable by maintaining internal pressure of the interior at 250 ~ 300PA by the 2-layer air cushion structure automatic control blowing system all the time and gaining tensile force of the membrane.
In case of severe weather, it can sufficiently handle wind and snow loads and maintains stability because a wind-speed and snowdrift instrumentation device installed outdoors is automatically transmitted as the automatic control blowing system, and it brings about an increase in the internal pressure of the air cushion up to 600PA.

Insulation
It has low thermal conductivity due to the 2-Layer air cushion, blocking heat transfer from the outside to the room, thereby suppressing heat loss, thus having excellent insulation performance and high energy efficiency.

Sound Insulation
The generated noise is transmitted as a wavelength, and the wavelength passing through the membrane surface is reduced as it passes through the 2-Layer air cushion, so the sound insulation performance is superior to that of the existing product.

Prevention of Condensation
Condensation, which occurs mainly in winter, is caused by water droplets on the surface of the membrane due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside, and the 2-Layer air cushion blocks heat transfer to prevent condensation

Indoor Comfortable Environment
It maintains interior illuminance without extra lightings in the daytime because about 5 or 7% of natural light is transmitted to it. Also, it can save energy and create a pleasant environment through natural ventilation.
